I suck at presentations.. and I'm working hard to improve myself. I've come a long way from where I was a couple of years ago, but hey, it's a work in progress. A Client told me the other day this uebertruth: NEVER use the same presentation for different groups even if they are from the same company and if their work profiles 'kind of match' TUNE, TUNE, TUNE your presentation..
